We take any allegation of illegal or immoral behavior very seriously and investigate any complaints as quickly and thoroughly as possible. All disciplinary actions issued by the Board are a matter of public record.

THE LISTING BELOW MAY NOT BE A COMPLETE LIST OF ALL PAST OR CURRENT DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS. CASE FILES THAT ARE OPEN AND BEING INVESTIGATED DO NOT GET LISTED UNTIL THE CASE HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR CLOSED.
