The WV Board of Physical Therapy licenses both Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. The information below may be useful for currently licensed PT/PTA's within the state and those individuals wishing to become licensed.

Licensed PT/PTA-Letter of Good Standing
A PT/PTA needing verification (letter of good standing) of their WV license sent to another state jurisdiction must submit a $25.00 money order or cashier's check payable to "WVBOPT" to the Board office.
