CE Audit

In March of each calendar year, a random audit for 5% of active PT/PTA licensees are chosen.

Any licensee chosen for the audit will receive a certified letter from the board.

All CE certificates must be original or notarized as an original copy. (Link below for "Certification of Copy" form)

All licensees must have completed 24 board approved CE units for the previous 2 year licensing period.

The licensee will have 21 days from receipt to reply. If licensee does not reply within 21 days, they are in non-compliance and their license will be placed in delinquent status.
